Founding Partner Kelly Linton is passionate about finding ways to “do government better”. Over the last 20+ years, Kelly has built solid reputation as government change specialist. Dissatisfied with providing advice from the sidelines, Kelly entered the world of local politics. With the tag line “Getting Things Done”, Kelly won back-to-back elections in 2014 and 2018. In addition to two terms as Mayor of Centre Wellington (2014-2022), Kelly also served two terms as the Warden of Wellington County (2018-2022). After eight years of results-driven local government (including two years managing COVID-19), Kelly has returned to consulting to help government leaders across Canada drive positive change within their organizations.

Clients receive significant value from Kelly’s breadth of lived government/political experience combined with over two decades of consulting experience with municipalities across Canada. He has a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the Joint McMaster University-University of Guelph Masters Program, and has contributed to organizational design thought leadership by publishing the following articles – Hardcoding Excellence into Organizational Culture, Beyond the Neutral Zone Trap, Beyond Squeaky Wheel Leadership, and Getting Things Done.

Founding Partner Michelle Linton is passionate about working with executive teams to drive their strategic change initiatives. She has extensive experience managing complex organization change processes and helping executive leadership teams navigate the transition process to achieve strategic initiatives; implement business process improvements; and manage internal change projects. Michelle’s facilitation skills and agile project management experience help progressive leaders plan, drive change, and overcome obstacles to achieve results. She thrives in high-growth, high-tech, fast-paced environment with strong, smart leaders and a collaborative, agile culture.

Michelle’s rigor, strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, combined with genuine caring, contribute to her exceptional track record of client results. Michelle has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, Minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
