Kelly Linton, Partner
Founding Partner Kelly Linton is passionate about finding ways to “do government better”. Over the last 20+ years, Kelly has built solid reputation as a pragmatic government change specialist.
Dissatisfied with providing advice from the sidelines, Kelly entered the world of local politics to lead change from within. With the tagline “Getting Things Done”, Kelly won back-to-back elections in 2014 and 2018. In addition to two terms as Mayor of Centre Wellington (2014-2022), Kelly also served two terms as the Warden of Wellington County (2018-2022). After eight years of results-driven local government (including two years managing COVID-19), Kelly returned to consulting to help government leaders across Canada drive positive change within their organizations.
Clients receive significant value from Kelly’s breadth of lived government/political experience combined with over two decades of consulting experience with municipalities across Canada. He has a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the Joint McMaster University-University of Guelph Masters Program.
